  True love is understanding, self/cellf love is the best love.  I decided to write the transcript to this video so that there can be clarity in the words I am speaking:  T rue love is understanding. It doesn't have anything to do with anyone else, it has to do with you. Do you understand who you are? Cellf love is about understanding who you are and accepting that and it's not "Oh I like this" or "I like that'' or "this makes me angry"... why do you like that what is it rooted in? What is really causing anger inside of you? No one can do anything to make you angry, you choose to be angry based off of someone else's actions.True love is understanding, you gotta go deep, gotta go into the darkness and accept some shit that you don't want to accept.
