Cellf Love is the BEST Love!

Did you know that your body is made up of trillions of cells? We are very complex and amazing  creations. Think of your body as a puzzle with many pieces that make up your body/vessel. Each cell has a job to do with their own structure and function. Our cells are so small that twenty or more make up just ONE strand of our hair! In order to understand what cells do and how they make up our being, much research is required. One of the most basic things to understand about these cells is that they allow nutrients that we consume to be taken in and turned into energy. Whatever we consume is going to dictate our energy. If we eat to live we will be vibrant and focused, if we live to eat we will be low vibrational and likely face health issues. The fact is that we have to love every piece of who we are, there is no better love than Cellf love. When we recognize how amazing we truly are and appreciate every tiny aspect, we practice cellf love, we care more about who we interact with and what we put into our body.
