Written March 2015. For some reason when I made an edit to this piece it reposted it instead of updating the older post. I see it as a sign it needs to be in the forefront. Too often we are shunned from speaking on negative feelings regarding situations or people. I'm not sure where this excerpt came from but it pretty much sums up why it is not healthy to ignore negative emotions. I have tried on many occasins to explain this subject matter but most feel they should not speak on anything negative. All it takes is one sentence from this piece to give sound reasoning to support the topic which is " Without feeling the emotional pain that inevitably arises from various setbacks in our lives, we will never be driven to change things for the better for ourselves and for others. " In no way is this saying just be a Debbie Downer or walk around complaining all the time, what it is saying is those negative emotions can drive us more than set us back.   True love is understanding, self/cellf love is the best love.  I decided to write the transcript to this video so that there can be clarity in the words I am speaking:  T rue love is understanding. For most there is no trust anymore. I wonder if there never was trust but before it was just harder to tell?

There are times when enough is just enough. Instead of making excuses and dismissing what is not aligning with your journey, you have to accept the facts of what is and make a wise decision of how to move forward. Sometimes moving forward requires letting go. There are many times we express being done with a  person or a situation but the truth is our hearts do not always agree with our gut feeling. It is okay to go through the motions, however, it is crucial to not get to the point where you have drained yourself so much that you cannot function enough to make good decisions for you. I have always been one to give so much of myself but as I continue to grow and understand who I truly am, I realize that although I am doing right in being of love, I am not doing right by putting myself second. I find it exciting when an artist who has quality music opens up and shows they are just as human as their listeners and also expresses their genuine love for their craft.  I'm not sure if I can do much justice when discussing this artist but I am going to try!

I don't have a jeep but I've definitely been listening to this album  "Songs For The Jeep" in my car among many other places. Besides Siergio having a nice, clean and youthful sound his musical vibe is very mellow and his lyrics are on point.This project is emotionally inclined, filled with much lust, love and passionn.You may hop in your jeep and forget where you are driving as he takes you on a journey through his lyrical mind.
